We were able to finally get over and tour The McKinley at Memorial City and WOW! It was absolutely stunning to say the least. The decor and style throughout the building gave you chic and lavish vibes. The location is absolutely perfect with tons of shopping, dining and highway access right outside of your door step. The apartment homes had high end finishes and open, functional layouts. All the amenities you need to not have to leave home. The staff was also amazing! Pete gave us a tour and he was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and willing to go out of his way to make sure we were able to get a good feel for the property and what it has to offer. 

The Building.

A 25-story breathtaking building towers into the sky providing city views. You'll find modern decor and art throughout the common areas and hallways. A few building amenities include: concierge services, electric car charging stations, valet services, dog park and dog washing stations, on-site local restaurant and bike storage with a fix it station, to name a few. 

The Residences. 

Spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment residences including Premium-Level Penthouse Homes. The floor plans we were able to view were very open providing great functionality and use of space. The finishes was definately high end and you could tell right away! A few interior amenities include: 10 Foot Ceilings with Floor to Ceiling Windows, Premium Quartz Countertops, Spacious Kitchens with Gas Range Cooktops and Dry Bar, Walk In Showers with Frameless Glass and Mosaic Tile, Custom Cabinets with Soft-Close Drawers and too many more to name.

The amenities are located on the 8th floor of this building.
