Veneisha was so so helpful in this process. Me and my roomate moved from IL to Houston and weren’t able to check out apartments ourselves. Veneisha gave me video tours of multiple apartments and helped us pick the right one for us. She drove around the neighborhood to get a good idea of what it’s like and tell us if it seemed safe or not. She was very knowledgeable of Houston and also the moving process. When we arrived there was some issues on the apartment owners end but Veneisha was quick to help us figure it out and even drove to our apartment to make sure everything was being done to correct the issues.
